Oxford Commercial Finance is proud to welcome Robbie Faucett, a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the commercial finance industry.
Robbie brings a consultative approach to business, cultivating strong relationships with companies generating revenues from $1MM to $100MM. He collaborates with consultants, accountants, bankers, capital markets professionals, private equity groups, and directly with business owners. His passion lies in building lasting partnerships and helping clients reach their full potential by delivering accessible working capital solutions.
Robbie’s career journey includes:
- Flexent (subsidiary of Chesapeake Bank): 13 years as Vice President and District Sales Manager
- Magnolia Financial: Co-founder and Executive Vice President, managing all aspects of the company for 13 years
- Private Business, Inc.: Supporting banks in managing, underwriting, and funding C&I customers through PBI’s Business|Manager software
- Member Bank Leasing: Where he began his career in commercial finance
Beyond finance, Robbie understands the entrepreneurial spirit firsthand—he launched a residential construction company after graduating from USC Upstate in 1989 with a B.S. in Economics | Finance.

Robbie Faucett brings 30 years of experience in the commercial finance industry to Oxford Commercial Finance, ranging from Asset-Based Lending, Accounts Receivable Financing, and Equipment Finance. Robbie began his finance career with Member Bank Leasing, an equipment and finance firm specializing in commercial and municipal equipment leasing. He then worked with Private Business Inc. (Business|Manager) and in 1999 joined a de-novo AR Finance company, Magnolia Financial. Robbie articulated the sales and marketing strategies for the company, acquired portfolios during the startup, and was responsible for portfolio management, underwriting, and client relationships. He served as Executive Vice President for Magnolia before joining Flexent, Chesapeake Bank in 2012. At Flexent, Robbie was Vice President of sales and responsible for developing strong relationships with referral sources and clients. He helped create the company’s bank referral program, providing a wider platform to deliver the Flexent AR Finance and ABL programs.
A gentleman with leadership skills and involved in the community, Robbie lead the restart of the Upper SC Chapter of the Risk Management Association after COVID. He is past president of Upper SC RMA and serves as Secretary for the Carolinas Virgina Regional RMA Board. He is also a member of the Secured Finance Network, Turn Around Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth in addition some civic organizations in Spartanburg, SC.
Robbie is excited to be part of the Oxford Commercial Finance team. A team with well over 100 years of combined experience funding and managing ABL and AR Finance. Robbie looks forward to sourcing and providing solutions to operating companies and with his referral partners across the country. His consultative approach to business, along with his knowledge and experience will continue to enable him to provide effective working capital solutions to help business and industry thrive and grow.
Robbie Faucett brings more than 30 years of expertise in the commercial finance industry to Oxford Commercial Finance, with a career spanning Asset-Based Lending, Accounts Receivable Financing, and Equipment Finance. He began his journey at Member Bank Leasing, specializing in commercial and municipal equipment leasing, before moving to Private Business Inc. (Business|Manager). In 1999, Robbie joined Magnolia Financial, a de-novo AR finance company, where he played a pivotal role in shaping sales and marketing strategies, acquiring portfolios, and overseeing portfolio management, underwriting, and client relationships. His leadership as Executive Vice President helped establish Magnolia as a trusted partner in the industry.
In 2012, Robbie transitioned to Flexent, Chesapeake Bank, serving as Vice President of Sales. There, he cultivated strong relationships with referral sources and clients, and was instrumental in creating the company’s bank referral program—expanding Flexent’s reach in AR Finance and ABL solutions.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Robbie is deeply engaged in his community and industry associations. He spearheaded the restart of the Upper South Carolina Chapter of the Risk Management Association after COVID, previously serving as its president and currently as Secretary for the Carolinas-Virginia Regional RMA Board. He is also an active member of the Secured Finance Network, Turnaround Management Association, and the Association for Corporate Growth, alongside civic organizations in Spartanburg, SC.
